Yu’s Kitchen is a family owned restaurant who previously owned Mount Prospect Chop Suey (est. 1986). Currently located in Buffalo Grove, Yu’s Kitchen has expanded their menu to incorporate both Cantonese and Mandarin cuisine. The menu consists of delectable dishes suited for everyone, including the vegetarian-minded.  The Yu family uses 100% vegetable oil in the freshly made dishes and provides several ways to enjoy their dishes.
